During yesterday's run, the inside of my left foot started hurting, and it hurt at various points during the day yesterday. So I was a little nervous about the run today, so I took it slightly easier. I happened to find a bike path (I ran down and back for on the linked route, so the total length is doubled), and it was a nice run, although there was a hill, which of course ended up being uphill right near the end of my run. Still, I feel pretty good, except for my foot, which was hurting (although not much) the entire run. Maybe I'll put some ice on it.
