Since I had a lot of leftover onions (yellow and red) that likely would have gone bad before I got to them, I chucked them into a pot with some olive oil. They cooked for a while, and then I added some tomato sauce and some garbanzo beans and let it cook some more. Then I chucked it in the freezer, where it will stay until I figure out something to do with it. I'm not sure it would be so good just by itself (the onion-to-everything-else ratio is quite high). Any suggestions?
