I can not say that I too have not had junk food for breakfast. In high school the weekend food was Doritos and a coke, "sshhhh don't tell my mom". But I have tried to break from the habit and find if I have fruit in the house and grab that on the way out the door then at 10AM there is an apple or pear sitting on my desk for me. An other idea is to get bagels or english muffins to keep in a company kitchen if you have one. They you only need to remember to bring something once a week to work for the AM.
Save the machine for the afternoon when you want a snack.
