Time zones
I'm sorry that 4.5 hours went by without you getting a response to your email, making you feel it necessary to send another email. However, those 4.5 hours were between midnight and 0430 in this time zone, and we lazy Americans are generally asleep then.

Some people have trouble with time differences. :-(

I wouldn't expect a chasing email after a few hours even if I was awake, though.

It's a bit understandable in this case, as one of our printers needed some information in order to be able to ship something to us.

What I love is when the first email gets sent around 8 in the morning, then is followed up by a phone call 2 hours later, then another . . . for something that isn't the least bit urgent. Fuck off and die; I'll contact you when I have a fucking answer!
