I'm on a first-name basis with the CSR at one of our printers. I don't even have to say what company I'm from. Really, there shouldn't be as much need to talk to the CSR as there has been the past couple of weeks.
Reminds me of the time, when living in Vermont, that I was in Western Auto (auto parts store) for like the fifth time in a month and I said to the guy "You know, no offense, but I never really wanted to get to be a 'regular' at an auto parts store."
Customer service representative. Basically, this is the person I talk to if I have any questions about a job that we have printing with them. I also have occasional contact with the salesperson. Her job is to make sure I'm happy and to take me to lunch occasionally. It's also her job to get involved when we're having big/lots of problems, as we have been recently.
