Made dinner for Sarah coming over. London broil and mashed parsnips. Yum. Sarah wants to make sure that it's known that she introduced me to parsnips, so thank you Sarah. The London broil is probably the easiest thing to make, and it's so good. I've said this before, but I think it has the highest yumminess to difficulty ratio of any dish I make.
Sarah says that Indian food is the exact opposite, in that it is incredibly difficult to make. And if you do it wrong, then you just wasted all that effort. She's getting a big kick out of me typing what she's saying, but she'll probably start to get self-conscious any moment now, like probably right about now.
