Made mango lassi tonight. Sort of. Mangoes continue to be on sale at Stop & Shop, so I picked some up. 2 mangoes plus about 3 times as much yogurt (Stonyfield Farm plain). Not sweet enough (would have been fine if the mangoes were more ripe, I think), so I added a bit of sugar. Also added some cardamom. Yum. A bit too thick, though. Most recipes call for milk and water as well. I think I might add some soy milk and see how it turns out.
