What I'm eating

Sauteed tofu with peanut butter, maple syrup, and cayenne (and a very little bit of lemon juice), topped with sauteed spinach. I resisted the temptation to salt it. Let's see if I can go the whole week without adding extra salt to my food.

And, yes, the stuff is yummy.

I think I'm going to make some black bean hummus (regular hummus with black beans instead of chickpeas and lime juice instead of lemon juice) for dinner.
