I did most of the proofreading for the tutorials on these CDs. I think this is what I'm best known for at this company. People I've never met know that I worked quickly and thoroughly to get this thing done on time, even though it was behind schedule coming in to us. Kinda cool.
Watched the egg episode of Buffy last night. I'm glad I watched it, because it advanced the story a bit as far as various people making out goes. Then I watched one more episode, and it turned out to be a two-parter, even though the title didn't indicate that it would be. Argh! But I was good and went to bed at 9:30 instead of staying up to watch the next episode.
I ate the tofu and spinach stuff with a little soy sauce last night. Yum. Simple, too. I cooked up the red lentils, put some cilantor, cumin,a nd salt in them. Then I put some more sauteed spinach on it and stuck it in the fridge. I have some of it with me for lunch today.
I heard the Red Sox lost last night. I really hope they don't lose today, too, because that would mean the game I'm going to see on Saturday could be the one to knock them out of the playoffs.
We have our first team meeting for my group (tech and ancillaries and teacher's edition) for the new high school series today. The group leader is my favoite supervisor here, and my second-favorite supervisor is also in the group, so this should be good, I think.
Got the latest Cook's Illustrated on Tuesday, but I haven't had a chance to look at it much yet. Still working my way through Pictures at 11, which I'm really enjoying. Still haven't been writing.
