Watched the last episode of the first season of Buffy this morning. I decided to hold off asking to borrow the second season, so that I could have a chance of doing productive stuff this weekend. So I was very relieved to see that the season ender wasn't a two-part cliffhanger.

So, I've got much time to be productive. Witness: I just did up the dishes from last night. And for my next trick . . . Hmm, I guess I'd better start chipping away at my room.

The good news is, none of the Buffy seasons end in cliffhangers. (Although that works against them in later seasons.)

However, I'd make sure you have a box of kleenex before attacking Season 2.

Lots of good eye candy in Season 2, eh? ;-)

Hm, yes. And just wait until you get to Season 3's eye candy.

Trivia Fact: when they wrapped Season 1, they
*didn't know* whether there would *be* a Season

I think this has been a hallmark of almost every
Buffy season, with the exception of Season 6.
Season 6 has a slightly cliffhang-y ending. Not
huge, but there's a semi-major plot point that is
left ostentatiously, aggressively dangling.

P.S.: I recommend the Buffy board game (no,
really) -- but after you have watched through
Season 4, depending on how spoiler-ready you
