Just spent some time hanging out with the housemate. Showed him where McKinnon's was, then I did some dishes while he was unpacking some kitchen stuff, figuring out what to keep and what to get rid of, partially based on the stuff that I already have. It's not going to be a problem at all finding space for his kitchen stuff, which is cool.
Took a nap after getting home early from work. Napped restlessly, overlaid with Dune-flavored waking dreams. Something about trying to organize numbers in a certain way, but it all had to do with political maneuvering of the Bene Gesserit.
The cruise was decent. Good food (smoked gouda mashed potatoes were too tempting to pass up, and they were excellent), low key hanging out with people, watching some people dance, getting a little sun but mostly staying inside. A little stomach weirdness when water conditions changed some. We didn't really get out much past Castle Island, just puttered around the harbor for 2 hours.
Got into work at 9:15. Not only did I get stuff done before leaving at 10:30, I went and talked to my supervisor to get some stuff to do for tomorrow morning.
Didn't eat breakfast, and now I'm not really up to eating dinner. I guess lunch was enough for me. Although I did just cook up the rest of the chicken that I made the other night, so that's probably going straight in the fridge.
It seems the housemate leaves pretty consistently by 6:30 in the morning. It's nice to have that consistency to plan around.
