Make sure you have a lot of motivational quotes about why you need to keep trying. And include, if not the letter, points when the recipient was not rejected in some aspect. Carefully done, it could be an affirming site that is the toast of the Salon.com's.

It's not going to be a motivational site for me. It's going to be proof that I've actually done writing and sent things out to people. More of a monument to perseverance than an inspiration.

I think it's a cool idea, but you may want to keep it a secret. I can just picture some poor website editor sitting there with your story in one window and Google in another saying "I really liked this story, but Kevin has 99 rejection letters and only needs one more..."
