And ont he fourth day, He rested

I was up during the night with a massive neck ache. I ended up taking some Aleve and a bath at 2 AM to help fix it. That seemed to do the trick. I woke up at 5:45 with the neck pain gone, but I was super tired, and, of course, the sun was already up. So I decided to give myself a day off. I slept in a while, and I noticed that my legs are feeling better, so maybe having this day to have the muscles heal will be good. I'm looking forward to getting up tomorrow morning and running.

Going shopping soon. Stop & Shop opens at 9, so I'll head there in an hour or so. Cooking dinner for people tonight, so groceries are kind of necessary. Plus, I'd like to eat next week. I'm going to try to make the summer squash and pasta recipe from Cook's Illustrated. Here's hoping it turns out well.
