Another night of sleeping not so well. And I need to really try to stay away from spicy foods, even though they are filled with yummy goodness.
This has been a few nights in a row of waking up a lot (4? 5?). I tend to go through long cycles of sleep patterns, so I hope this isn't a cycle of waking up a lot. I really like sleeping all the way through the night. If I could establish a regular 10 o'clock bedtime, or something like that, I could probably get myself into good sleep patterns, but we all know that's not going to happen. And, no, that isn't some sort of hidden request to anyone in my life to make sure I get early nights.
