Mmmmmmm
There's a picture of a really nice-looking taco in the math book I'm looking at. Yum. I haven't had a taco in quite a while. It doesn't help that I'm pretty hungry right now. I see a Wendy's trip in my future (sorry, bitty).

I should make tacos sometime soon. I really liked when my family made tacos. The whole everyone-gets-to-build-their-own-from-the-ingredients thing was fun. Same thing when we made pizzas on New Year's Eve.

The best tacos I've ever had were dairy-free. Ropa viejos (sp?) in wheat tortillas, with salsa, guac, some other veggies. Amazing stuff.

Growing up, the only time I ever had tacos was at the birthday parties of someone in my Brownie troop. My mom hated them, so we never had them at home.

I always thought of them as party food as a result.
