It's basically doing some work taking Word files and putting them into the correct template. Some basic familiarity with math might be helpful, but it's not essential. She figures there is about a day (something like 5 hours) of work per chapter, and there are 6 chapters left to do. So, it would be whenever the chapters came in, and you would have to come here (in between Arlington and Copley in downtown Boston).
