balaclava

(no subject)

Looks like it will likely be raining for the race tomorrow. My sister, her husband, and I might all just run together for the race, since otherwise it wouldn't be very much fun running. And apparently the streets aren't going to be closed at all, so we get to run on the sidewalks. And my sister says that she checked out the route online and says that it looks like it's closer to 4 miles than 3.5 miles. And they don't have timing chips, so they're just going to be writing down numbers, which is apparently not too big of a problem since it seems like there aren't many people registered for the race, and I'll bet attendance will be lower because of the rain.

Still, it'll be a run, and I hope to use it as motivation to keep running.
