Well, okay, it actually wasn't that bad. It wasn't bad at all, really. For the first two hours I was at work this morning, we had no outside internet connectivity, due to "inclemenet weather in western Massachusetts." I was extremely productive, and I got to hear various people reading me stuff from my friends page. I actually have stuff to do today, stuff I need to get done before I leave, since I'll be out Friday and Monday. It's going well, with no technical glitches so far. I will be done in the next hour with the stuff I need to get done for today, so I can move along with other stuff.

Got an email this morning about the Jotto article for TPR. They wanted to link to my word lists and said that they're going to ask me for some minor code changes to the code I sent them. And they said that I should be getting proof next week! Pretty cool. My first proof of my first published article.

Story reading tonight, which I'm still excited about. If it goes well, I'll try to plan the next one for January sometime. Not sure if I'll announce it to lists or not, since we really don't have all that much space. But we'll see how it goes. I hope everyone has a good time.

And the big news of the day is that hrafn is going to be applying to go to the BAC, which starts orientation on January 9th! Wow, that's soon. Which means she's giving notice, like, today. Not sure exactly what that means for all of the legal/house stuff, but it seems that it makes the most sense economically for us to keep the living situation like it is for the time being. Not sure if that's sustainable for the next year or two or not. We'll see, I guess.

Thank you, thank you.

And on the topic of stupid spelling mistakes, the headline of the Metro today reads:

More rogue reverands
