Pizza - Queue
I made some pizza the other night.
- Mango, basil, sun-dried tomato, goat Brie, and a bit of tomato sauce (and then E added some bits of salami-type deli meat, and it was perfect).
- Roasted butternut squash (with salt, pepper, butter, and a touch of cayenne), spinach, a bit of tomato sauce, and some sort of cheese that was fairly close to mozzarella (too much squash on the pizza, but the flavors worked very well together).
I just scrolled through a year's worth of your posts to find this one. Scott and I were big fans of the butternut squash one when we made it a year ago - we want to make it again this weekend, but I couldn't remember exactly what you had... Anyway, just thought you might like to know we were fans.

Making our own pizza was a New Year's Eve tradition growing up. It was something I looked forward to very much, since we got to have our own pizza and put whatever we wanted to on it. Enjoy your pizza making :-)
