Wii games
So, I finally decided that I should get some games other than Wii Sports. So I picked up Wario Ware: Smooth Moves, which I think will be a lot of fun, and Mortal Kombat: Armageddon, which I hope will be decent fun. I just need to find out which of my friends like fighting games.

I would be up for making a Wii date some time in the next few weeks.

I am interested to hear how you like Wario Ware: Smooth Moves. I have heard good things about it.

I played Smooth Moves with some other friends who have it, and it was good fun as a quick pick up game. It also had some weird and wonderful little games hidden away.

I have played Mario Party 8 a bunch and it is the same sort of thing with lots of mini-games. Many hours of fun for adults who are interested in having kid fun :)

Yes, definitely. Send me an email when you have some availability. I'm pretty available most evenings and weekends, especially given a bit of notice.

So far Smooth Moves seems like a lot of fun. The one slightly odd thing is that you have to play the whole single-player game in order to unlock the multiplayer game. I'm all for unlockable content, but having to unlock the ability to play the game with friends just sees dumb.

Get playing so we all can come over and play together :) I believe it plays up to 12 people?

zzbottom said he had a lot of fun today. I will be in touch to make plans.

Let me know how you like MK. CJ and I almost impulse-bought it a while ago because she loved the original MK, and if it were cheaper I woulda been all over it, but I didn't wanna roll $50 on a whim.

The one thing I didn't realize is that I'll need a second nunchuck to play 2-player (well, either that or one of the "normal style" controllers). I'll probably end up getting one soon (as well as some Wiimote charging stations). I will definitely let you know. Also, you are very welcome to come by some time and try it out for yourself, as I have not been known to be the best critic.
