Well, I made my goal of under 30 minutes: 29:37.
Mile 1 Split: 8:44
Mile 2 Split: 18:40
Mile 3 Split: 28:55
Considering how much I've (not) run, I'm pretty happy with my results. I'm not going to say that I'm going to run every day, but I will try to run at least a few times per week, and I'm going to try to start going to the gym. Maybe I'll even find that I like running on a treadmill (never done it).
