Take a personal day soon. Make sure you either go shopping ahead of time or think of a restaurant you'd like to splurge at. Then spend the day taking a bath, watching netflix (something a bit more uplifting than MI-5), and make sure you get out to go enjoy a good meal outside of the house. Make yourself a nice, hearty lasagna which a) gives you a good meal and b) gives you weeks' worth of leftovers (BB freezes individual slices), so you feel productive AND full. Or go hiking. But the key to a successful personal day is to get yourself moving early, and that means planning ahead. Make plans with someone to go for a walk. That breaks your routine and keeps you social. This helps with momentum later in the day.
Turn off your internet if you need to, to prevent yourself from working. I find that my most successful weekends are the ones where I manage to prevent myself from working. It's not easy; I have trouble relaxing and difficulty not thinking about all the work I'm not doing. But you really, really need it.
