The Key is the Key
Ah, cable. Just watched The Man with One Red Shoe (1985), and Jumpin' Jack Flash (1986) is next. And since they're on Fox Movie Channel, there are no commercials. What's up with the mid-80s having spy movies involving normal people getting mixed up in spy stuff? Besides these two, there is also Spies Like Us (1985). Some googling turns up Cloak & Dagger (1984) and Gotcha! (1985), neither of which I think I've seen. Anyone know of any other movies like this? Doesn't have to be from the 80's, I guess, but I doubt there are as many of these movies after the Cold War.

Got some packing of books done. I'm borrowing my sister's car this weekend, so I'll take some boxes over tomorrow.

Oh, wow: Jumpin' Jack Flash has a thin Jon Lovitz.

I love The Man With One Red Shoe. first off, I have always dug Tom Hanks. Second, I have always had a huge thing for Lori Singer. Third, I just love the whole premise. Good fun.

I'll think more about similar such spy flicks.

I loved C&D as a kid as well, though I don't recall why. It was just cool. I wonder if I'd like it now.

I'm going to get it from Netflix at some point. Interested in watching it?
