Food Log
I think I'm going to start logging what I eat. Maybe the public shame will make me start eating better.

5/10, 10:30 AM - Butterfinger Crisp candy bar and Canada Dry ginger ale from vending machine at work. This has actually been my breakfast all week.

This has protein. It's got ground peanuts. 3 grams of protein per bar. Er, I'm not sure that that's so much, though.

So is it bad that I look at the candy machine and think "If I have the snickers then I get the protein and energy from the peanuts"?...cause I have been known to use that rational to get the Snickers.

Well, if it is, you're in good (or would that be bad?) company, 'cause that's my reason for choosing the Snickers over the other options :)
